Q. How do I enter the discount cash voucher code?
A. After you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout, you can see ‘have a coupon?’ column.

Q. Why can’t I type in a few discount codes?
A. So sorry, you are only able to insert one (1) discount code per transaction only.

Q. Why do I need to register as member?
A. So that you can keep a record of your order and shipping information. It is very convenient for you and us, and it is free of charge. And the best part is, you to enjoy our loyalty rewards too.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Online Fund Transfer, Interbank Transfer (GIRO), ATM Cash and Cheque Deposit to our bank account number.

Q. How do I buy online?
A. Select the item and quantity you wish to purchase by clicking ‘Add to Cart’.
If you wish to purchase additional items, you can continue to shop at our site and repeat the steps above.
After you have finished shopping, go to ‘Cart’ to view your order and quantity ordered. Check that the item, price and quantity of the selected item(s) are correct, click ‘update cart’ to refresh the quantity.
Once everything is confirmed, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Complete the billing details, then click ‘Place Order’ to continue. Record or print your order and payment confirmation details.

Q. Why does my product(s) / item(s) still appearing in the shopping cart?
A. This is because your web browser has cache; very simple, all you need to do is go to the cart page and click the remove button. Now you can re-order again.

Q. How can I delete item(s) on my shopping cart?
A. This is very easy, just click the remove button. Now you can re-order again.

Q. Can I order items that cannot be purchased online?

Q. How long does it take to deliver my order?
A. All orders are delivered by Pos Laju or CityLink Express within 3-5 days after payment has been received. Pos Laju usually delivers your item(s) within 2-3 working days. Expect delays especially during festive season.

Q. How to view the delivery status of my order?
A. You can track your order details by logging into our website. Once payment is received and once we have delivered out your order, the ‘tracking number’ will be displayed. We will also email you the ‘tracking number’ once order has been delivered.

Q. Why is my order(s) CANCEL / FAILED?
A. Order will automatically be cancelled or ignored if no payment is received within seven (7) days.

Q. How come I do not receive your email?
A. If you do not receive our email, please do check on your spam/junk inbox. Alternately, email/chat with us.

Q. About Custom, Duties Fees & Taxes?
